We reserve the right to vary the details without notification. We will endeavour to be as accurate as possible with any information we display on the site (colours may vary on different computer monitors). However, Adori Leathergoods does not warrant that product descriptions or other contents on the site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.

Stock availability

‘Adori Leathergoods’ will endeavour to ensure that products displayed on the site are available, but we cannot guarantee stock availability at all times. If product selected is not available you may select an alternative, otherwise your money can be refunded.

Warranty

All Adori leather goods are guaranteed against defects and faulty workmanship. Adori Leathergoods will repair or replace any defective product within one year of purchase. Proof of purchase will be required for warranty to apply. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges.

Product Information.

All Adori Leathergoods products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. If however, there is any defect in manufacture (failure of metallic fitting, components or workmanship) please contact our customer service team and we will make every effort to assist you accordingly.

Please note that leather is a natural product and as such it will have natural marks or imperfections. Damage and or defects caused by personal wear and tear, accident, treatment which is not consistent with Adori Leathergoods Care Instructions, dismantling or repair by unauthorised repairers are not covered under the terms of the warranty.

Care Instructions

Adori Leathergoods products should be kept clean at all times. A good leather conditioner (cream) could be used to help maintain condition of leather products. Do not use conditioner on suede or nubuck. Lining can be wiped periodically with a damp cloth to remove light spots. Please take care not to wet leather as this may cause discolouration and blistering.

Placing an Order & Payment Option

Payment for item (s) ordered can be made via PayPal and Stripe where you can use your credit or debit card. Once confirmation of payment is received, we will acknowledge your order with an email within twenty four hours. Order will be processed as per our shipping details (see Customer service).
