We have a free return policy within Australia for Full Priced products within 30 days from delivery of goods.
Please note that our Reply Paid account does not offer a tracking service. We recommend you obtain a tracking number to monitor the return of your parcel to us.
Full Price items conditions of return.
- Item(s) are purchased at full price and returned within 30 days from delivery of goods
- Full price item is returned with proof of purchase
- Full price item is returned in new condition and unused
- Not a Gift card
Once we receive your return, a refund will be processed for the value of your item(s). This refund will exclude shipping charges incurred in sending goods to you originally. Your refund will be processed back to the same account used to make your purchase. This may take 7-10 days.
For any discounted items which are on Sale or have a promotion applied to them we can offer an exchange or credit. The same return conditions as for Full price items will apply. Refunds on sale items can only be provided if product is deemed to be faulty and we are unable to provide an exchange.
To complete the return process for both Full price and faulty items, please contact customer service with your full name, contact number and web order as well as reason for return. We will then contact you as soon as possible with the Reply Paid details.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of International returns or exchanges. We only provide refunds on International orders when a product is deemed to be faulty and we are not able to provide an exchange.
