Full price items ordered online, can be returned Free of charge within 14 days change of mind period

Change of mind

Adori will exchange or refund (full priced items only) within 14 days of purchase.

No refunds for sale items but will happily exchange or credit only.

Proof of purchase will be required – tax invoice, bank or credit card statement.

Refunds can only be credited back to credit card / PayPal used to make original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as item (s) have been received and inspected by Adori. Please allow 30 days from return of item for your account to be credited. The amount refunded will cover the value of the item (s) purchased however shipping charges are not refundable. Item (s) must be in new condition to be accepted as a return.

 

Return of an online purchase by mail (Domestic)

For change of mind returns for full price items, our customer service team will respond to you within 24 hours and provide you with a reply paid address to return the item (s) free of charge.

For International Returns our customer service team will respond within 1 – 2 days and will acknowledge return of item (s). Freight charge will be at your own cost (we suggest insured mail).
